We sort these by weight, and this is a natural item that varies in length and thickness.  Our photos are a good example of what your tendons will look like.
- Air Dried Raw, Grass Fed Beef Tendons are a fantastic natural chew with a texture just a little bit softer than a bully stick.  Puppies, dogs with sensitive teeth and softer mouthed dogs will enjoy these the most. 
- Air Dried Raw, Grass Fed Beef Tendons are low fat, low carb and high in collagen protein.  Sensitive tummies generally do well with these.
 
- Best for softer chewers. Tendons are softer than bones. Agressive chewers or large jawed dogs will chew these up rather quickly!  Softer mouthed dogs will enjoy these the most!
 
- Our recommendation doesn't mean that these will be best for your specific dogs. Tendons have a dense, chewy texture, and in general, will be consued more quickly than bones. 
 
- Monitor your dogs and learn their chewing habits. Provide them with plenty of fresh water. They get thirsty when enjoying chews!
 
- This should be given in moderation as a treat, not a meal replacement.
 
- Remove large fragments if your dog manages to bite off an unsafe sized piece. While this is digestible, if they swallow unsafe sized pieces, it could become difficult for their digestive system to keep up and could cause an obstruction. This is why we advies knowing your dog's chewing habit and style.
 
- Dogs with sensitive stomachs tend to do well with this item!
 
- We add nothing to these! They're air dried slowly at temperatures that keep them in the raw state, preserving nutrients and also helping to prevent large pieces from breaking off when they chew! Dogs LOVE these!
 
- Store in open air, in a paper bag, or in the packaging we send it to you in!  Sealing into an airtight container after it has been exposed to moisture could cause mold growth!  No need to refrigerate or freeze air dried chews, but if you choose to do so please continue storing in the same way.  Refrigerated chews should be used up or thrown away within 7 days.  Frozen chews can be stored for up to 6 months.   Our favorite way to store air dried chews is in open air at room temp, out of direct sunlight.  They are safe to be left out until your pet no longer shows interest or consumes them completely as long as you are supervising your pets chewing time.
