Lung is lean and has a puffy crunch to it.  It works well for training, adding to raw meals as lean muscle meat, or just as a nutritious snack!  Lung is also high in B vitamins, Omega 3 fatty acids and a multitude of minerals!  
 
We air dry our treats, keeping them raw by using ultra low temperatures to retain nutrients!
